Who can order a resale disclosure certificate?

The unit owner, or an authorized representative of the seller such as the listing agent, closing or title agent, or attorney, as contemplated by Minn. Stat. § 515B.4-107(a).

What if my address doesn't match an association you manage?

How long does an association have to provide it, and how long is it valid?
