Ordinary Compensation: Navigating Your Basic Service Fee.

The foundation of our pricing is the Ordinary Compensation, which amounts to $ amount per month. This fee covers the essential services that ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of your HOA. To ensure consistency, this fee is due on the first day of each month. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a 10-day grace period for payments. In the event of a late payment, a service charge of 5% per month will apply. Please rest assured that if any delays are attributable to us, no penalty will be imposed on your association.

Additional Compensation for Other Services: Tailoring Solutions to Your Needs.

We understand that every HOA is unique, and sometimes, additional services may be required beyond the ordinary scope. These services, referred to as “Other Services,” are designed to cater to your association’s specific needs. Some examples of these services include:

Obtaining HUD and/or VA Certification: If your association requires certification assistance, we offer this service at a rate per application.

Legal Support and Representation: Should your HOA face litigation matters, we’re here to support you. Our legal services, including court appearances and consultations with attorneys, are billed at a rate per hour.

Specialized Property Management and Bookkeeping: Sometimes, unique circumstances demand extra property management or bookkeeping support. We provide these services per hour.

Communication Services: For bulk mailings, copies, and individual communications, we offer solutions to keep your association informed. Bulk mailings are billed per standard letter per manila envelope, while copies are billed at BW or Color per page. Individual communication support is available at a rate per hour.
